The FSB are ok for collecting minuscule debts and the Federation of Master Builders help as best they can, but they don’t get involved in disputes or retention's the way they should as they have to consider both sides to keep both members happy. Elite got right to the nitty gritty, no messing around, and they secured my money (a significant amount which I’m not prepared to share here) by presenting them with the law of the land on their company premises.
